How many waist beads come with my order?
You will receive the quantity listed in the product description. Please review each listing carefully before purchasing.

Are your waist beads handmade?
Yes! Every Seiko Beads item is handmade with love and created with care.

Are waist beads adjustable?
Our traditional waist beads are made on cotton string and are designed to be tied to fit your body comfortably.

What are waist beads used for?
Waist beads can be worn for fashion, confidence, self-expression, body awareness, and tracking weight gain or weight loss.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed during business hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please allow processing time before shipment. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and handmade product reasons, all sales are final.

Size Guide & Measuring Guide

Getting the correct fit is important for your waist beads.

How to Measure Your Waist:

1. Use a soft measuring tape.
2. Decide where you want your waist beads to sit:

• High waist (above belly button)
• Natural waist
• Low waist / hips

1. Wrap the measuring tape around that area.
2. Keep the tape comfortably snug — not too tight and not too loose.
3. Record your measurement in inches.

Important:
Measure exactly where you plan to wear your waist beads. Waist beads are designed differently depending on placement.

Helpful Tip:
If you do not have a measuring tape, use a string, wrap it around your waist, and measure the string with a ruler.
