Processing & Shipping Hours
Orders are processed and shipped during our regular mailing hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed (No shipping available)

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Shipping delivery times vary based on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. Seiko Beads Jewelry is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is shipped and handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
